Herat – Back to School Campaign

WYFAO, in coordination with the Directorate of Education in Herat, launched a "Back to School" campaign to encourage children’s return to school and strengthen community engagement in education. As part of this initiative, awareness was raised about the importance of schooling, especially for vulnerable children. Representatives from the education department and WYFAO attended the official program, where school supplies were distributed to students to help them begin the new academic year with motivation and confidence. The campaign emphasized joint responsibility in improving educational access and was warmly welcomed by local families and community leaders.
