Commencement of 20 Community-Based Education (CBE) classes in Herat Province
WYFAO is pleased to announce the official commencement of 20 Community-Based Education (CBE) classes in Herat province, marking a significant advancement in our commitment to accessible and inclusive learning. All designated teachers have been successfully recruited and formally introduced to their respective students and School Management Committees (SMCs), ensuring a strong foundation for classroom engagement. A coordination meeting with the SMCs has been conducted to reinforce operational readiness and foster community ownership of the initiative. The teaching plan has been thoroughly reviewed and approved by the Provincial Education Directorate (PED), guaranteeing structured and timely delivery of lessons in accordance with national standards. With all preparatory measures completed, classes are now actively underway, reflecting WYFAO’s dedication to quality education and effective implementation.
